[REVIEW] Depology Skincare, The Micro Patches Specialist For Anti-Aging

Beauty haul alert! This time I would like to introduce you to Korean based skincare brand, DEPOLOGY. I was super excited when I read the description about this brand and the use of micro-dart technology for their patches that makes them going viral on social media. How good is this brand and how good are their products for anti-aging? I will reveal them one by one so make sure to keep reading!

1. DEEPCARE+ SERUM - INFUSED MICRO DART PATCHES

What it is:

Infused with 30 mg Deepcare+ serum formula (Hyaluronic Acid, Argireline, Amino Acids, Trehalose) to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles while also nourishing skin. This patch suits for all skin types, especially for dehydrated skin.

How to use:

Apply the patches to cleansed, dry skin. Remove the patch from the film and apply it on the center to assist absorption. Leave it for at least 2 hours or overnight. Best used every 2-3 nights.

Review:

One box consists of 4 pairs of patches, comes in sachet (1 pair / 2 patches per sachet). The texture is more like a sticker in gel form, quite thick but easily get folded so I need to be extra careful when I pull it from the plastic case. I apply them on under eye and smile line and they stick very well, not moving a bit so I can use them while doing another activity. It has no scent and not wet at all. When I remove it, it leaves a spot which I assume as the serum. Although I have no wrinkle around smile line, I am pretty impressed how this patch can reduce the puffiness of my eye in single use only! Can you imagine how good the result after 4 weeks?

2. HYDROGEL EYE PATCH ( BLACK CAVIAR, RESTORING DAY, REPLENISHING NIGHT )

What it is:

Hydrogel eye patch that comes in 3 variants based on their functions to increase hydration and maintain moisture, minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Restoring Day Under Eye Patch (gold): morning skincare routine to brighten up under eye.
Replenishing Night Under Eye Patch (blue): night skincare routine infused with Hydrolyzed Collagen and Red Ginseng as anti oxidant to soothe, brighten up, smoothen under eye.
Black Caviar Collagen Under Eye Patch (black): infused with luxurious anti-aging ingredients to nourish skin, reduce puffiness and fine lines.

How to use:

Place one pair of the hydrogel patches under eyes then relax for about 10-15 minutes. After that, remove the patches and gently tap the remaining serum around the under eye area.

Review:

The packaging is safely sealed and it comes with the spatula to take out the product. From the pictures above you can see how plenty the serum is - while the hydrogel is super thin and quite wide, compared to regular eye patch size. When I apply it onto my under eye, it feels quite itchy at first but it slowly faded and it's super slippery so I need to lay down so it won't drop easily. Each variant has same relaxing, cooling effect and almost has no scent which I love so much! I can't decide which one is the best because each has different function - but if I have to mention one hydrogel that suits my current eye condition, it would be the Replenishing Night Under Eye Patch (blue). It helps to energize my under eye the next morning and makes me feel refreshed!

3. DERMA FACE SCULPTING MASK

What it is:

Jawline sculpting mask infused with nourishing ingredients such as collagen and vitamin E to promote blood circulation and restore elasticity, support and sculpt the jawline area, leaving it instant lift and firmness.

How to use:

Apply the mask directly to lower part of the face, pull the mask up and attach the loops behind he ears. Adjust the mask until it remains secure in comfortable position. Leave it for 20-30 minutes then remove it.

Review:

It's actually my first time using jawline mask and I feel it super cool! The mask has two different material (cotton on the outside, hydrogel on the inside). The form is stretchy so it can be adjusted based on face shape easily. There's slightly cooling effect and it feels so comfortable, my jaw area becomes more firm and supple indeed. I can use it while I am doing another activity such as reading, working, etc without worrying it will come off.

I would say, Depology is a skincare brand with amazing innovation that we won't find it in another brand. The micro patch works well, hydrogel eye patch suits my needs, and the sculpting mask works like magic!
