Still in Chinese New Year vibe, this time I am going to share about my CNY outfit. Literally, I always against something which has "very Chinese" mood, that's why I never wear neither cheongsam nor qibao during Chinese New Year. Not because I dislike it, but I feel like it couldn't blend well with my style character. So for this CNY, I chose to design my own Chinese dress which is not cheongsam but has a touch of Chinese. I picked red duchess satin for this off-shoulder dress because of its luxurious material and then added some Chinese knot buttons above the slit for a slight Chinese look. 

Do you know which part that makes me obsessed with this dress? Bingo, the bell sleeves! I love how the thickness of duchess satin could create such dramatic flare to the sleeves and it looks balance together with the off-shoulder neckline. Okay, I can say that I am totally obsessed with statement sleeves :)
