Self-healing is a must. For me, living in this metropolitan city for working almost 24/7 is really a mental pressure. I am grateful and enjoying my current job as designer and blogger, having a solid team to work with. However, I can't deny that sometimes I am just too tired doing this working routine and hectic schedul, not because I don't like it but I feel drained, especially these past three months. Hence, I randomly booked flight and decided to take 5 days off just to take a little break from the routine, explore my hometown and some cities where I used to go often to, trying local foods, meeting relatives and new friends. And the result ? AMAZING. I feel recharged and more positive so that I am ready to go back to my career life.

Sometimes places around us can be very therapeutic for our soul. All we need is just a little effort to explore more about the place and appreciate every little thing. As time goes by, I become more realize that traveling is indeed one of my greatest passion. How about you ?
